Business Systems Analyst

Job Details :

Reddington Consulting Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to foster the strategic partnership between various application development teams and the business. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing requirements and related business rules for existing and new software solutions that are being strategized.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field or work experience and education equivalent to US Bachelor's degree.

Requirements

Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack.

Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions.

Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results.

Collaborate with internal and communicate key insights and findings to the appropriate individuals.

Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.

Develop partnerships with business teams and other groups.

Deliver the required capabilities per standards.

Identify, design, document, and maintain system processes.
